JOB SUMMARY:
Perform Assembly & Rework of Parts, Operate of machines to produce, Quality Inspection and
Measurement and Maintain daily production volume. Partially support on maintenance of machine and general measure of 5S, Safety and Personal cleanliness
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily receiving and return of raw and finishing of parts.
- Perform general administration work like computing of part information
- Preparation of raw parts for assembly, weighing, lubrication and blasting work.
- Create and record of all processes information like Date of MFG, Return Of Parts and production volume.
- Perform Part Quality Inspection and Sample Measurement
- Perform Rework of defective parts
- Perform General Responsibilities like Routine 5S and Support Maintenance of Machine
- Any other jobs as required by the Engineer / Supervisor
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualification
- Minimum of Secondary school education
Experience
- Preferably with or without experience
Skills (Good to Have)
- Not required. Training provided
Others
- Must willing to work under pressure and hazardous environment
