JOB SUMMARY:
Prepare periodical customer report and support Customer Quality Engineer in customer presentation material preparation.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor production status and download production data
- Compile production/supplier data into customer weekly report
- Compile production data into outgoing data report
- Checks if production data complies to customer specification
- Conducts preliminary data analysis if production data against Cpk and SPC rules as required by the customer
- Coordinate with production and Customer Quality Engineer for production data related items
- Assist Customer Quality Engineer in customer data package preparation.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualification
- Diploma in Engineering or other related fields
- Degree in Engineering, Science or other related fields
Experience
- No work experience with a good understanding of data encoding and statistical analysis.
- Work experience on data analysis and report preparation is an advantage
Skills (Must Have)
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and can execute simple statistical analysis.
- Good on verbal and written communication skills
Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge on macro application
- Knowledge on Minitab or any statistical tool application.
