JOB SUMMARY:
The process engineer is responsible for process design, operations and implementation to improve industrial processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, optimize and maintain Texture/Washer process to achieve quality, yield and productivity and cost targets
- Monitor and control key process parameters (concentration, temperature, pressure, flow rate and cycle time)
- Carrying out and developing DOE for new parameters / programs
- Analysis on defect failure and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Evaluate and optimize cleaning agents, filtration and drying process
- Leading continuous improvement on cleaning, reduce contaminations and machine efficiency
- Develop or modify SOP, work instruction, process specification and Risk Assessment (Safety)
- Collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance and Facility to solve manufacturing issues
- Ensure compliance with Safety, environment and quality standards for chemical and waste management
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
- Degree holder (with / without work experience)
- Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or similar industry
Skills
- Equipment troubleshooting
- Knowledge on Pump, valve, pressure and flow control
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma ( SPC , Cp/Cpk )
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good analytical skills in problem solving

- Able to work in Cleanroom environment
