System Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:

Gather and analyses user requirements. To design, writing and implementing efficient code. Help in test, integrate and debug software prior implementation

JOB DUTIES & RESPONDSIBILITIES

Build and implement web based application that support and address key business challenges.
Create and execute unit tests to verify functionality
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software defects
Provide technical assistance to legacy software
Continuous improvements to existing application for better end user experiences
Documentation of end user requirements, design, coding and test scripts
Apply of visualisation tools such as Tableau

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualification

Possess a degree in Computer science/ Information Technology or equivalent
Diploma with at least 2 year work experience

Experience

Experience in manufacturing field will be an added advantage

Skills Required (Must Have)

Equipped with SQL knowledge and object-oriented programming
Basic knowledge in database, VB.net, ASP.net and C# knowledge
Able to make decision and take initiative
Willing to take responsibility and be committed
Good team player
Result-oriented and has the dedication in software development

Skills Required (Good to Have)

Experienced in project management is advantageous
Basic in JQuery, Javascript, Bootstrap
Ability to persuade and influence people

Others

Strong team player with a professional mind-set
Desire for a career in software application
